Payment Policy

All orders placed via our shopping cart are paid for via Paypal and are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Angels n Beyond. We accept payment exclusively through Paypal, the Global Leader in secure online payments. Your goods will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Angels n Beyond may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or errors made by suppliers. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Angels n Beyond, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

Despite our web site being directly connected to our inventory system, quantity in stock displayed on our web site should be considered as a guide only. If we are out of stock of an item we will contact you and advise you of the estimated time of delivery. If you are not prepared to wait for items on backorder you may elect to cancel the order and we will make a full refund of any monies paid

If you wish to purchase a quantity higher than we currently have available on our website, please contact us via email and we can arrange this for you. Please note: A 50% deposit is required at time of placing your order.

Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after shipping will result in the transaction being considered as a returned item and will be subject of the conditions as set out in our refund policy. Cancellations may be communicated by email or phone.

Please note: Cancellation after your order has been dispatched from Angels n Beyond will incur an additional delivery fee once the items have been return to Angels n Beyond and inspected. Any items damaged in the shipment will not be refunded.

International purchasers need to contact Angels n Beyond before any item(s) are purchased so postage costs can be added and agreed.   Any international purchased orders that have been purchased before postage costs have been added can contact us and have postage costs then added OR cancel the order and a refund will be returned MINUS any banking Charges/Fees. All international purchasers must contact Angels n Beyond within 3-5 days otherwise a refund will be returned MINUS any banking Charges/Fees.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA (only)

Angels n Beyond dispatches your order within 2-10 business days depending on your location and stock availability. Your order will be sent via Australia Post or International Courier via Australia Post. 

Attention: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

 International postage is calculated upon request, PRIOR TO ANY PURCHASES BEING MADE BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Angels n Beyond. Angels n Beyond will make every effort to delivery on time. However, we shall not be held liable for ANY lost deliveries or lost shipment.

Throughout Australia there are no additional postage charges, we have incorporated them in our prices.
